Contact the Naya team about account access, purchases, privacy, moderation decisions, verification appeals, or a safety concern.
Immediate danger
Naya is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Never send money, gift cards, passwords, or identity documents to someone you met online.
In-app safety
Open a profile or conversation and use the ••• menu to report, block, decline, or unmatch. Those controls are free.
Account deletion
In Naya, go to You → Account & Premium → Delete profile. This removes the account and its stored profile data.
Subscriptions
Restore purchases inside Account & Premium. Deleting a Naya account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
