Your data deserves plain language.
This policy explains how Fluid Bloom Media LLC handles information in Naya, an adults-only dating service.
Effective August 11, 2026
Information we process
- Account: a protected hash of your Sign in with Apple identifier, account and session records, and adult age-gate status.
- Profile and preferences: name, birth date, city and country, approximate city coordinates, gender or who you want to meet when supplied, relationship and family intentions, languages, optional faith, travel or relocation readiness, prompts, filters, and presence preference.
- Photos and verification: profile photos and an optional selfie submitted for manual verification, plus review status and appeal information.
- Communications and safety: introductions, messages, read state, blocks, reports, moderation results, appeals, and audit events needed to enforce safety actions.
- Purchases: subscription entitlement and transaction status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. Naya does not receive full payment card numbers.
- Support and operations: support requests and limited network or error logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you; operate discovery, requests, and conversations; apply your preferences; show truthful presence and receipt state; prevent spam and abuse; moderate user-entered text and submitted images; support human review and appeals; verify purchases; answer support requests; and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the API, D1 database, private R2 image objects, logs, and this website.
- OpenAI receives user-entered text and submitted images for automated safety triage using its moderation service. Automated triage can hold content for review; it is not the sole authority for account enforcement or identity verification.
- Apple provides authentication, App Store purchases, and device platform services.
- RevenueCat validates and manages subscription entitlements.
These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms and may process it in countries other than yours.
Visibility, verification, and location
Other signed-in users may see the profile information, approved photos, approximate location, presence state you allow, and verification badge you choose to publish. Exact device GPS is not required in version 1; distance uses approximate city coordinates when available. Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of identity, intent, or safety.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while the account is active and as needed for safety, reliability, disputes, and legal obligations. Private verification images stay quarantined for review. When you use the in-app Delete profile control, Naya removes the account’s D1 records and stored profile or verification images. Cloudflare operational logs and provider records may remain for their limited backup, security, or legal retention periods.
Deleting Naya does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions are managed in App Store settings.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, hide presence, adjust discovery preferences, delete photos, block users, report content, appeal eligible moderation or verification decisions, restore purchases, sign out, or delete the account in the app. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the support form.
Adults only and changes
Naya is not for anyone under 18. An under-18 date of birth causes the account to be rejected and deleted. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
