These terms apply when you use Naya. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use dating services where you live. Provide truthful information, keep access secure, and use only your own account and photos. Naya may limit, suspend, or close accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may appeal eligible decisions through support.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, solicit money, distribute sexual content involving minors, share private information without permission, automate scraping or spam, evade blocks, upload content you lack rights to, or use Naya for commercial sexual services, trafficking, or illegal activity. Report urgent safety concerns and contact emergency services when needed.
User content and moderation
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant Fluid Bloom Media LLC a limited worldwide license to host, process, display, and moderate it solely to operate and protect Naya. Text and images may be screened by automated services and held for human review. We may remove content or restrict interactions, but we cannot review everything and do not guarantee the conduct, identity, intent, or truthfulness of any user.
Dating and travel safety
You are responsible for decisions to communicate, meet, travel, relocate, or exchange information. Verification and presence indicators are limited signals, not endorsements. Do not send money or sensitive identity documents. Meet publicly, tell someone you trust, maintain independent transport and lodging, and use in-app block and report tools.
Subscriptions
Naya may offer monthly and annual Premium subscriptions with features described at purchase. Price, billing period, any trial, and renewal terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges and manages refunds under its policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Deleting an account or app does not cancel a subscription.
Reporting, blocking, unmatching, account deletion, core safety guidance, and submitting verification remain free.
Disclaimers and liability
Naya is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise matches, replies, identity certainty, uninterrupted availability, or successful relationships. To the extent permitted by law, Fluid Bloom Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Naya or another user’s conduct. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect.
Ending use and contact
You may sign out or delete your account in the app. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including content licenses needed for prior operation, safety, disputes, and liability terms—survive. Questions, appeals, or notices may be sent through the support form.
