Take the connection seriously. Take your safety more seriously.

Cross-border dating can be wonderful, but distance can make identity, money, and travel risks harder to judge.

Keep money separate

Never send money, crypto, gift cards, fees, airfare, customs payments, or banking credentials to a match.

Stay in control of travel

Book your own transport and lodging, keep your passport, share plans with someone you trust, and maintain an exit plan.

Protect identity

Do not send passports, national ID numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or intimate images under pressure.

Verify gradually

Use in-app signals, video calls, consistency over time, and independent checks. A Naya badge is not a guarantee.

Use the controls

These controls are free. Open the ••• menu on a profile or conversation. If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services first.

Moderation and appeals

Naya uses automated safety triage for text and images, spam limits, low-effort message prompts, and human review queues. Automation does not make final identity decisions and should not be the sole authority for enforcement. Eligible moderation and verification decisions can be appealed through the app or support.
